Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Innovate Care Group. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality complex care to our clients within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective clinical management of allocated Packages of Care, ensuring clients receive high-quality standards of complex care.
- Support Nurses and Healthcare Assistants on the packages, working collaboratively within the team and with external medical and clinical agencies.
- Ensure all package staff have completed clinical interviews and have relevant knowledge, skill, and competency sign-offs before working alone.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with external medical and clinical agencies, including CCGs, CCN, Community Pediatrician, GPs, Consultants, and other healthcare providers.
- Uphold the code of professional conduct of the NMC and operate in full compliance with all relevant standards, regulations, and internal controls.
- RSCN (Paediatric Nursing) or RGN (Adult Nursing) qualification.
- Diploma-level qualification.
- Active Registration with NMC.
- Car drive with access to own vehicle.
- 5 years post-registration experience in a relevant clinical area (PICU/HDU/NICU/Community Complex).
- Sound knowledge of clinical governance and effective systems of medical management.
- Good knowledge of the audit process.
- Knowledge of Tracheostomy care and associated risks and management.
- Knowledge of Ventilator care and management in the community.
