Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and Map Business Processes: Analyze and map business processes, offering Oracle-based solutions to improve operational efficiency and data integrity.
  • Configure and Optimize Oracle Modules: Configure and optimize Oracle modules specific to utilities, ensuring seamless system integrations and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and upgrades, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Perform Testing, Training, and Support: Perform testing, training, and support for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new Oracle systems.
  • Ensure Oracle System Compliance: Ensure Oracle system compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining a secure and reliable system environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Oracle systems, with a strong understanding of Oracle EBS or Cloud in the utilities sector.
