Physiotherapist - Specialist Fragility Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in the West Midlands region, working across multiple sites in Wolverhampton, HMP Oakwood, HMP Brinsford, and HMP Featherstone. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients and contribute to the development of high-quality physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver a frailty framework to prevent and manage long-term conditions, including obesity, hypertension, and diabetes.
- Deliver courses and workshops to patients within the prison setting, promoting education and empowerment.
- Exercise critical thinking in safe clinical decision-making, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Provide comprehensive care to patients, from initial history taking to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across sites to meet patient needs, supporting the delivery of the Frailty framework and LTC workstream.
- A competitive annual salary up to £47,000, depending on experience.
