Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Practice Manager to join our team at our medical clinics in Whitakers and Enfield, NC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, development, and success of our medical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between patients, call center, clinic operations, and clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Analyze patient care contacts to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage patient show reports to minimize no-shows and optimize clinic efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with RHG, PCMH, CMS Meaningful Use, and Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) requirements.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide quality improvement coaching and training.
- Interact with patients to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our medical practice.
Requirements
- Outpatient physician office or management experience required.
- Excellent communication, telephone, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field of study.
- Basic understanding of medical terms and abbreviations.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to apply common sense and good judgment when carrying out responsibilities.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, providers, and staff.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
- Able to work independently with excellent teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance.
- Knowledge of modern office equipment and Microsoft Office software programs.
- Experience with electronic health record systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
