Brand Strategist

Join Profiles Creative, a leading acceleration agency, as we seek an exceptional Brand Strategist to drive innovative solutions for our clients.

About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic individual who can merge analytical insights with creative thinking to develop brand and business strategies that challenge traditional norms.

As a Brand Strategist, you'll collaborate closely with our Creative Director and team to shape the company's and partners' strategic directions.

You'll act as a mentor to enhance the team's strategic and creative skills, promoting a culture of learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead original brand strategy workshops, creating an engaging, insightful, and productive environment for our partners.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects to meet timelines, budget, and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to craft compelling pitch decks and develop strategic business cases for pioneering companies.
Requirements

We're looking for a strategic maverick with:

  • 6+ years of experience in strategic planning, ideally with startup or tech experience.
  • Proven success in crafting and executing brand and business strategies, turning insights into growth plans.
  • Great commercial insight, with a keen ability to navigate market dynamics, identify business opportunities, and craft strategies that leverage trends for competitive advantage.
