Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join our client, a leading multinational conglomerate based in the West Midlands region. This is a pivotal role that requires a seasoned professional to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Direct oversight of the financial team, including transactional accounting, treasury, management accounts, financial accounting, and tax.
  • Financial Control: Ensure compliance with the accounting timetable while maintaining tight financial control.
  • External Liaison: Liaising with external auditors and other external bodies as required.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring continued high performance and development.

Candidate Profile:

  • Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA qualified.
