About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Trade Manager to join our team, focusing on Wickes Solar. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving enquiry form submissions and growing Wickes Solar sales by operating across various digital and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase visibility and traffic to Wickes Solar on the website and stores.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of marketing activities, measure results, and optimize performance.
  • Ensure relevant and high-quality content on the website to provide users with reasons to choose Wickes Solar and submit an enquiry form.
  • Drive traffic and visibility by working with Digital Marketing, CRM, Social, and Store teams, as well as agencies, to ensure coverage and optimize marketing spend.
  • Establish reporting and insights with Analytics and Insights colleagues to track KPIs performance and surface key insights to drive improvements.
  • Represent Wickes Solar Digital within the broader Digital Team and Marketing, and beyond, to ensure a unified voice and message.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, and/or e-commerce.
  • Excellent planning skills, stakeholder management, and strategic mindset.
  • Proven ability to utilize data-driven insights to drive action and articulate performance summaries.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, CMS systems, and Excel.
