Senior Global Account Executive
Focus on Benelux / APAC and additional markets

Reporting directly to the International Lead, you will leverage your international experience to spearhead growth initiatives across a diverse European portfolio, with a significant emphasis on the APAC region. Your role will involve cultivating strong relationships and developing customer strategies that align with their aspirations. You will oversee one direct report (International Account Executive) and collaborate closely with distribution partners to identify and enhance key focus areas across retailers, consumer trends, opportunities, and challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in international channel development within a high-performing UK FMCG brand
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Track record of driving brand growth and nurturing a team of motivated individuals
- A curious and inquisitive mindset towards new international ventures
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial outlook who thrives under pressure
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity when engaging with diverse regions
- Ability to work flexibly with good access to key regions
- People management experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Degree level education
