Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated Overnight Care Assistants to become part of our esteemed organization, providing essential support to individuals with learning disabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal Assistance: Aid individuals in settling down for the night at their preferred times, conduct regular well-being checks, and assist with toileting needs as necessary.
  • Household Duties: Perform light domestic tasks while the individuals we support are resting, including but not limited to laundry, cleaning, and updating care records in our digital systems.
  • Morning Preparation: Help individuals prepare for the day ahead, ensuring they are ready and comfortable.
  • Home Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized living environment for those we support.
  • Safety and Health Monitoring: Ensure the safety of individuals throughout the night and address any health-related needs that may arise.
