About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Overnight Support Workers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals living in our residential service.

As an Overnight Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of the people we support. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Personal Care: Assisting individuals with bedtime routines, providing regular checks throughout the night, and offering support with toileting as needed.
  • Household Tasks: Undertaking light household duties such as ironing, cleaning, and updating records on our digital systems while residents are asleep.
  • Safety and Security: Maintaining a safe and secure environment for the home and its residents.
  • Preparation for Daytime: Assisting individuals in getting ready for the day ahead.
  • Home Maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the shared living spaces.
  • Health Support: Providing overnight support to meet the health needs of the individuals we support.
