Job Overview

**Cloud Infrastructure Manager**

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead strategic governance, planning, and documentation initiatives within our client's cloud infrastructure. This is a hands-off role, requiring the successful candidate to focus on infrastructure governance, risk management, and strategic planning within the cloud environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure. They will also possess proven expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and infrastructure documentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement cloud infrastructure governance frameworks to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to optimize cloud infrastructure and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in cloud infrastructure and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Requirements:**

  • Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
  • Proven expertise in governance frameworks, risk management, and infrastructure documentation.
  • Experience working with key Azure technologies such as Landing Zones, Azure Networking, ExpressRoute, Azure DevOps, Azure AD, RBAC, Azure Policies/Guard Rails, and FinOps.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Foundation processes and procedures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
