We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's team in Sheffield. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to financial planners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Process new business applications for key financial products
- Submit transaction and trade requests, including fund switches on and off platform
- Obtain illustrations and product literature
- Acquire client portfolio valuations
- Prepare annual review packs for client meetings
- Act as a key point of contact for financial planners and clients
- Liaise with product providers
- Action LOAs
- Maintain accurate records of client financial situations
- IFA/financial planning administration experience (essential)
- Experience with Intelligent Office (desirable)
- Knowledge of provider platforms
- Highly organized
- Starting basic salary of up to \u00a328,000 + bonus
- Home working (up to 3 days per week)
- 25 days holiday
