Job Title: Graduate Bid Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Bid Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As a Graduate Bid Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the bid management process, helping to craft winning proposals that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify contract opportunities using online resources
- Review and analyze PQQ & ITT information to identify opportunities, issues, and risks
- Assess feasibility and prepare a bid/no bid recommendation
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our client's business and industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement bid strategies
- Produce high-quality, persuasive, and engaging content for proposals
- Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, to create and edit documents
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in English Literature or a related field
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Strong ability to produce persuasive and engaging content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
