Role Overview: As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality governance and compliance solutions for a variety of software applications and platform products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary representative for IP Architecture, supporting the readiness program for risk and controls in anticipation of upcoming audits.
- Oversee the consistent execution of existing business-as-usual (BAU) processes while managing new and upcoming projects.
- Foster effective communication with a diverse group of stakeholders, utilizing strong written and verbal skills to influence and engage.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize and facilitate meetings, document minutes, track attendance, and prepare status reports for senior leadership.
- Work closely with process owners to ensure that all requests for information (RFIs) are documented, monitored, and fulfilled within designated timelines.
Daily Duties:
- Serve as the point of contact for various BAU activities and upcoming initiatives, including the Risk & Controls readiness program and the Architecture Risk Management process.
- Ensure the ongoing execution of these processes while maintaining accurate records and data for reporting across different organizational levels.
- Lead scheduled meetings, documenting all activities in Confluence and JIRA.
- Contribute to a team culture that values diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.
Participation in Technology Development: This position will also involve active participation in the internal Technology Development QA process working group, fostering relationships with application owners, and assisting in maintaining data quality within the firm's architecture metadata repositories. You will provide feedback on streamlining applicable processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in application, data, and infrastructure architecture governance and compliance.
- Knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes.
- Proficiency in process management and optimization.
- Strong communication skills across various technology groups.
- Demonstrated project execution and program management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in risk, compliance, and governance management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leading collaborative teams toward shared objectives.
- Familiarity with architecture governance frameworks such as TOGAF or similar.
- Understanding of technology architecture, applications, and technical processes.
- Proficient written and oral communication skills in English.
