Job Summary

Aston Carter is seeking a highly skilled Polish Speaking Project Manager to join our team in London, UK. As a key member of our Global Transformation Team, you will be responsible for leading the deployment of our Global ERP (Oracle) to our European markets, with a focus on Poland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Technology, Process, and Data SMEs to define and execute the Deployment Plan.
  • Establish governance structures and ensure seamless transition of key knowledge and data from existing processes/systems/ERPs to Oracle.
  • Coordinate, chair, and manage calls with business units to progress actions.
  • Develop good working relationships with stakeholders and handle their issues or concerns.
  • Act as a bridge between Business Teams and Central Project Team to ensure requirements are understood and delivered on time.
  • Troubleshoot problem areas with local business and central project team.
  • Support business and technology teams to identify and document gaps required to bridge as-is and to-be models.
  • Liaise with Data Project Manager to coordinate data cleansing/fixes in legacy system and identify data enhancement opportunities.
  • Support execution of key Cut Over activities assigned to local business representatives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate project progress, and address challenges.
  • Represent the market at Project Risks and Issues call and manage risks to project's successful outcome.
  • Represent the market at Project 'Path to Live' calls with Central team.
  • Chair Hypercare calls once solution is deployed and work with local business representatives to drive open tickets to conclusion.
  • Deliver effective communication to stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Manage dependencies between workstreams.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Polish and English.
  • 5 years delivering strategic and/or ERP projects and programmes.
  • Recognised project or programme management qualification (ChPP, APM PPQ, PMQ, or MSP).
  • Leading, motivating, and managing project and programme teams, including internal and external resources.
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Seeing projects through the full life cycle.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills.
  • Working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
