Accounting Practice Administrator

We are looking for a Polish Speaking Office Administrator here at Complex Accounting.
This is a part-time position, but it might develop into a full-time position as the company is rapidly growing.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Accounting Practice Administrator to oversee the financial operations and administrative functions of our practice. Beyond ensuring the smooth functioning of the office, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, combining traditional office management duties with exciting development opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize client files, records, and documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and client consultations.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support the team with data entry, bookkeeping tasks, and basic accounting duties.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and other documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within an accounting or financial services environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
- Positive attitude and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Good knowledge of Polish and English.

Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 32 per week
