Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

About the Role:

Tandem Talent Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage intern and apprenticeship offers, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Chase contract signings and update records accordingly.
  • Oversee visa applications and manage start dates for new hires.
  • Keep track of contract returns and notify relevant parties of any changes.
  • Manage the careers phone number and ensure it is up-to-date.
  • Update job descriptions and ensure all advertised roles have accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Liaise with PAs regarding offers and recruitment for specific areas.
  • Manage an offer-specific inbox and respond to queries in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to create social media posts for advertising.
  • Post job adverts on specialist boards to attract top talent.
  • Manage internships and apprentice vacancies, ensuring they are filled efficiently.
  • Engage with the hiring population as needed, providing support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Experience in administration or a related field.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
