About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to colleagues, promoting positive teamwork and a culture of excellence.
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided.

Requirements

  • A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong team-working skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  • A high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
