About the Role

As a Registered Nurse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their physical and mental health needs within an inpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and person-centered care to patients with dementia
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Administer medications as prescribed by doctors
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients
Qualifications and Experience

You will need:

  • A Nursing Associate Foundation Degree
  • Experience of working (either paid or voluntary) on a one-to-one basis with health & social care service receivers
  • Evidence of team working
  • Experience of liaising with a range of health & social care services
