Join Propel Finance as a Senior Collections Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Collections Executive to join our team at Propel Finance. As a Senior Collections Executive, you will play a key role in helping the business maintain its financial health by identifying customers who have missed payments or may be getting close to that point and then work closely with those customers to minimise bad debt.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Collections Manager with the effective day-to-day management of workloads
  • Train and develop the team, including one-to-ones and training
  • Act as a point of escalation to support on more complex cases, which may include forbearance, rescheduling of payments, writing off charges, etc.
  • Maintain and administer a portfolio of customers who have missed payments
  • Negotiate and discuss options with customers and equipment suppliers in respect of arrears
  • Assist with reporting requirements and case summaries
Requirements:
  • Experience managing a team, including one-to-ones and training
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Prior collections experience would be beneficial
