About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing efforts as the travel industry continues to rebound. This is a standalone role that collaborates with all parts of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with our business objectives and target audience.
  • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, events, and advertising.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective promotion of our content, channels, and teams.
  • Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights and analytics.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, including website content, email campaigns, social media assets, and promotional collateral.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Oversee award entries for the business, ensuring we're recognized on the global stage.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other agencies within the group and external partners to maximize the reach of our campaigns and support one another with smart marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in the media industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing practices, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
  • Passion for travel - someone who loves travel as much as we do.
