About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual to deliver compelling and engaging content for our CRM channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing email campaigns, analyzing reporting, and providing knowledge sharing and training to others.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement email campaigns, including build, scheduling, and deployment.
  2. Collaborate with the CRM Marketing Manager to drive CRM strategy and best practices.
  3. Lead team workshops to educate and engage colleagues on CRM and marketing channels.
  4. Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to inform future optimization.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A clear understanding of CRM principles and marketing channels.
