Private Client Fee Earner Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join our team at Elite Touch Group. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for undertaking a full spectrum of Private Client work, including conducting matters on behalf of clients, generating fee income, and ensuring proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Private Client work accurately, reliably, and in accordance with our quality and risk management procedures.
  • Generate fee income and ensure proper control of time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection.
  • Take an active part in business development opportunities on behalf of the team and firm.
  • Supervise and support fee earning work undertaken by colleagues to cover absence and holidays.
  • Participate in marketing activities on a firm-wide, group, or office basis.
  • Attend clients in person and on the telephone and provide support in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage filing in both paper and digital formats, including the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts and referrers and promote the firm in your professional and personal life.
  • Develop and maintain good IT and telephone skills appropriate to modern legal practice.
Requirements:
  • Admitted as a solicitor or legal executive or equivalent.
  • Effective communicator with external bodies, visitors, and colleagues by telephone, face to face, and in writing.
