Your Responsibilities

As a Graduate Associate Pensions Consultant, you will be an integral part of a well-established international team, providing expert advice on pension schemes, financial risks, and solutions, with a strong focus on multidisciplinary development initiatives.

  • Directing and overseeing pension scheme evaluations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies.
  • Collaborating closely with teams in Financial Management, Risk Assessment, and Compliance to deliver comprehensive services to our clients.
  • Mentoring and guiding early-career professionals in the field.
  • Managing financial aspects and strategic direction of pension-related projects.
  • Contributing to business development and achieving both financial and non-financial objectives.
Team Environment

You will join our Site Solutions service line, a dedicated team of professionals working across various sectors. Our team is recognized for its leadership in sustainable practices and innovative solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with:

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant financial or environmental discipline (preferred).
  • A valid driving license.
  • Experience in financial and technical project management.
  • Proven ability to manage project-related health and safety.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and deliverables.
  • A flexible approach to work.
