Director of ESG Job Description

At TW, we are committed to making a positive impact through our dedication to sustainability and corporate responsible business practices.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of ESG to lead our Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the company's ESG strategy by setting measurable goals and targets for ESG performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate ESG performance against industry standards and benchmarks.
  • Manage ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting to stakeholders, such as investors, regulators, and the public.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or Finance.
  • Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CSR, ESG) is preferred.
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 7 years in ESG, sustainability, or related fields in a leadership role.
  • Familiarity with ESG data management and reporting tools.
  • Outstanding project management skills with the ability to drive change within an organization.
  • Knowledge of relevant environmental and social issues, as well as regulatory frameworks.
