Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Supervisor to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will excel in maximizing team performance and seizing commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

- Monitor daily standards and communicate essential business information and training to the team.
- Manage orders with designated suppliers.

- Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations regarding safety, health, and hygiene.
- Prepare rooms for service according to established guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef regarding service-related matters.
- Handle equipment and cleaning supplies responsibly to minimize waste.
- Complete all cleaning tasks as per the weekly schedule.
- Accurately maintain Food Safety records.
- Address customer requests promptly.
- Adhere to Compass Environmental policies and procedures.

- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong people management skills.
- Ability to analyze and utilize financial and commercial data.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Competent in literacy and numeracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
