Job Title: Help Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Help Desk Manager to join our team at Maxwell Stephens Recruitment.

About the Role:

The Help Desk Manager will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of Help Desk Coordinators, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of Help Desk operations. This includes managing job allocations, customer inquiries, and ensuring that all SLAs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day Help Desk operations, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
  • Manage job allocations, customer inquiries, and ensure P1 and P2 jobs are updated before close of business.
  • Lead and support Help Desk staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Generate reports to monitor SLA targets, ensuring workload is managed effectively.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to improve processes and team performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have a strong understanding of Help Desk operations and be able to manage a team of staff.
