Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As an Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our Mortgage Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients, advisers, solicitors, and lenders throughout the mortgage application process.
  • File, scan, and photocopy relevant documents for mortgage applications.
  • Maintain business logs using our internal CRM system.
  • Communicate with management to produce reports on personal case loads.
  • Review, update, track, and monitor cases to manage a pipeline in a fast-paced mortgage environment.
  • Deal with incoming general enquiries.
  • Keep customers informed about their case progress and seek feedback on completed cases.
