Job Title: Aesthetic Field Service Engineer

You're an experienced, multi-skilled Field Service or Maintenance Engineer with a passion for bespoke machinery and equipment. We're looking for someone to join our team in Essex, covering the UK and Ireland, to design, manufacture, install, and maintain top-quality labelling and sleeving systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out PPM's, fault find, repairs, breakdowns, installations, and commissioning of bespoke machinery and equipment.
  • Remote access diagnostics and support for our clients.
  • Operator training and support for our equipment.
  • Complete service records and job reports, including time on site and parts/spares log.
Requirements:
  • Engineering-based qualification, such as a HNC/HND.
  • Knowledge of packaging machinery or similar.
  • Electrical knowledge, including fault finding, schematics, wiring, and basic PLC programming skills.
  • Mechanical knowledge, including conveyors, gearing, bearings, and fabrication skills.
  • Valid full UK driving license.

We're open to your background, but it's likely that you'll have experience in Field Service, Service Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or Multi-Skilled Engineering. You'll have worked with packaging machinery, production equipment, or capital equipment, and have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
