Job Description

As a key member of the Next Employment Ltd team, we are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional to partner with our leadership team to drive business results through effective people management.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist functions, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee experience, and organizational development. They will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on people strategy initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with functional leadership teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Embed People Strategy: Embed people strategy and ensure operational excellence in all people practices, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Leadership Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts for leadership positions, ensuring the right talent pipeline is in place to support business objectives.
  • Employee Issues: Provide guidance and support to leaders and employees on employee issues, including disciplinary matters, employee development, retention, compensation philosophy, restructuring, and organizational development needs.
  • Talent Management: Embed a talent management philosophy, supporting leaders in assessing skills and development needs of emerging leaders.
  • Training and Development: Work with leadership teams to evaluate training needs and provide support in developing learning strategies and priorities.
  • High-Performance Culture: Collaborate with functional leadership teams to embed a high-performance culture, driving business results through effective people management.
  • Transformation and Change Management: Lead transformation and change management activities, ensuring a smooth transition to new business initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Provide support on employee engagement activities arising from annual organizational health check surveys.
  • People Initiatives: Provide subject matter expertise and project management support in the development and deployment of people initiatives aligned to business priorities.
