Salt, a leading technology company, has partnered with a market-leading B2B SaaS scale-up to deliver AI-generated content to top-tier enterprise customers worldwide.


Following a recent funding round, the company is seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to lead a squad responsible for the user experience across the core product, focusing on the company's Large Language Model (LLM) technology and natural language generation capabilities.


The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development of symbolic (rule-based) LLM and hybrid methods of generating short-form content. Key objectives include iterating on the existing product and preparing it for large-scale deployment.


The successful candidate will join a talented product and tech team passionate about technology and committed to building a product that addresses the pain points of enterprise customers.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering B2B SaaS products, with tangible examples of achieving commercial outcomes. Key requirements include:


  • A proven track record of delivering B2B SaaS products with measurable commercial success.
  • Experience in the development of email, messaging, or adtech products.
  • Knowledge of LLM and prompt management.
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience shipping products in a fast-paced software company.
  • Experience working with an AI platform is a plus.


This role will be based in London, with a mix of office-based and remote work. The team is open to flexibility for those based within a 2-hour radius of the office.


The interview process will consist of two stages, including a face-to-face meeting with the VP Product, CTO, and CPO, as well as a case study-based exercise.
