About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bank Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our Intermediate Care Team in Kent. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for adult patients living in the community with complex and complicated care needs.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive holistic assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide clinical support and supervision to junior colleagues and offer training to students.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in innovation and service development to improve patient care and service efficiency.
