Position Overview & Responsibilities

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Support Specialist within the Children's Services sector. This dynamic role will be part of our innovative 'One Children's Service', which integrates both Educational and Social Care functions. As a result, you will engage in a diverse range of responsibilities and acquire valuable insights while collaborating with a progressive and supportive team.

The ideal applicant will possess a foundational understanding of the services provided and demonstrate strong administrative capabilities, including proficiency in IT, minute-taking, and general office management. Familiarity with Microsoft applications is advantageous.

Moreover, the candidate should exhibit exceptional communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working within a nurturing and encouraging team.
