Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our internal audit and compliance function. As the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance, you will be responsible for establishing and developing an audit function from scratch, ensuring that our company's operations are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investments or pensions, with experience in managing and/or building a team, as well as experience working with or managing a co-source relationship. You will be credible with senior stakeholders, reporting directly to the CEO, and will have prior regulatory exposure as an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop an internal audit function from scratch
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage and/or build a team of audit professionals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Provide guidance on risk management and internal controls

Requirements

  • Experience in investments or pensions
  • Experience managing or building a team
  • Experience working with or managing a co-source relationship
  • Credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Prior regulatory exposure (desirable)
