Job Summary:

The core responsibility of the Audit Manager will be to execute and deliver audits whilst supporting the Head of Audit with the audit planning process and building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and deliver audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Support the Head of Audit in the audit planning process, including developing audit programs and risk assessments.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and audit committee members.
  • Perform QA assessment of internal audit workpapers and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop and maintain strong asset management related product knowledge, including Unit Trust, VCC, ICVC, and OEIC.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIA etc)
  • Strong asset management related product knowledge (e.g. Unit Trust/VCC/ICVC/OEIC)
  • Experience working as an Internal Audit Manager within the Asset Management industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a collegiate team environment
