Job Title: Clinical Team Lead Community Nursing

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Livewell Southwest CIC. As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of community nurses and healthcare assistants, providing clinical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in community nursing, with experience in team leadership and management. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the daily operations of the community nursing team
