You will be providing high-quality administrative support, including:

  • Client Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and confident communication.
  • Document Management: Maintain and update client files and records with precision.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and prepare letters and documents for fee earners, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Organisation and Time Management: Diarise important dates, follow up on key matters, and organise meetings effectively.
  • Financial Administration: Assist in managing the financial aspects of the team, including accurate time recording and invoice preparation.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed throughout the conveyancing process, providing updates and addressing any queries.
  • Quality Control: Conduct initial quality checks on all work before submission to fee earners.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with clients and other solicitors and advisers effectively.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Good people communication skills and demeanor - empathetic and persuasive.
