Job Title: Head of Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality Assurance to join our team at Dedicate Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all aspects of quality assurance, managing a team, and advising senior managers on internal quality processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an annual cycle of quality assurance activity across the organization.
  • Lead a team of staff who deliver quality assurance activity, staff coaching, and manage concerns and complaints.
  • Provide accurate and coherent reports and summaries of quality assurance activity to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpret new or updated legislation, statutory guidance, and regulations to inform quality assurance processes and ensure compliance.
  • Undertake specific project work, such as root cause analysis, investigation of critical incidents, and report and make recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to related processes, such as self-assessment reporting and quality improvement plans.
  • Sustain and enhance key relationships with external stakeholders and third-party providers.
  • Review and develop selected policies and procedures and lead staff by example in adhering to all policies and procedures.
