Dedicate Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Quality Assurance at our esteemed organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of quality assurance, managing a team, and advising senior managers on internal quality processes and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Develop Quality Assurance Activities: Oversee the annual cycle of quality assurance activities across the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Team Management: Lead a team of staff who deliver quality assurance activities, staff coaching, and manage concerns and complaints.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide accurate and coherent reports and summaries of quality assurance activities to internal and external stakeholders.
- Legislative Compliance: Interpret new or updated legislation, statutory guidance, and regulations to inform quality assurance processes and ensure compliance.
- Project Work: Undertake specific project work, such as root cause analysis, investigation of critical incidents, and report recommendations in a timely manner.
- Quality Improvement: Actively contribute to related processes, such as Self-Assessment Reporting and Quality Improvement Plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Sustain and enhance key relationships with external stakeholders and third-party providers.
- Policies and Procedures: Review and develop selected policies and procedures, leading staff by example in adhering to all policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance and compliance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- Project management skills, with experience in root cause analysis and critical incident investigation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
