About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team at INSHUR. As a key member of our Customer Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers with insurance-related queries
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Adhere to our Customer Support Team's Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date with our insurance products and services to effectively answer customer queries
  • Log all customer interactions and policy information accurately in our in-house systems
  • Assist with processing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and cancellations for existing insurance policies
  • Identify opportunities to improve our customer journey and suggest effective solutions
  • Perform administrative tasks as required and provide cover for other team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-performing customer support environment
  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, Spanish, and Dutch are an asset)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software
  • Knowledge of customer-facing knowledge bases is a plus
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Team player with a strong motivation to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Experience working in a regulated environment is a plus
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
