Job Title: Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to program managers, ensuring the successful delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate financial reporting packages and provide counsel to program managers on variances
  • Develop and maintain baseline budgets, perform performance management, and estimate at complete development and analysis
  • Implement, monitor, report, and analyze program budgets and schedules
  • Perform earned value management, including implementation, maintenance, reporting, and analysis
  • Organize cost and schedule data for monthly program reviews
  • Prepare and monitor funding plans, labor, and subcontract/material/ODC forecast plans
  • Complete analysis data for monthly forecast reviews, including orders, sales, operating income, and cash
  • Prepare ETC/EAC estimates from program staff input
  • Participate in presentations and group discussions at internal and external financial/schedule meetings
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the organization to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum part-qualified in finance or a related field
  • Previous experience in program finance
  • Previous Finance Business Partnering experience
  • Comfortable presenting to all levels within the business
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills, including Excel modeling
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
