Exciting Opportunity for an Optical Manager

Zest Optical, a pioneering eyewear business, is seeking a highly skilled Optical Manager to lead our team in Watford, Hertfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth patient journey, from ordering to dispensing, frame styling, and adjustment.

About the Role

  • Manage a modern eyewear kiosk in a high footfall location, promoting our eco-friendly and sustainable products.
  • Develop an excellent reputation for the brand in the area, fostering strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Collaborate with our glazing team, utilizing fully automated equipment, and receive comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Work full-time, 5 days a week, with some weekend work, and enjoy a competitive salary of £28,000, plus a generous bonus scheme.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an optician's environment, with management or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a personable and approachable demeanor.
  • Able to work independently, running the site as if it were your own, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop.
