About the Role

As an Engineering Project Coordinator, you will oversee the planning and implementation of capital and revenue initiatives, which encompass equipment installations, facility enhancements, and infrastructure improvements. If you are a leader of change focused on operational excellence, this position is tailored for you.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Capital Investment Initiatives for the Healthcare sector
  • Oversee all facets of project operations, including safety protocols, procurement processes, and validation procedures
  • Develop justifications for Capital Expenditure and manage financial allocations
  • Remain informed about technological advancements and regulatory requirements
  • Innovate technical solutions and engage in negotiations with Suppliers and Contractors

Experience We're Seeking

  • Background in Engineering within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industries
  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience in project management and adherence to GMP standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Flexibility to adapt to business changes while minimizing production impacts
