Creative Project Manager - Design Division

We are on the lookout for a skilled Creative Project Manager to become a vital part of our Design Division. If you possess a robust background in Project Coordination and excel in a dynamic, high-demand setting, this role may be ideal for you. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing project assignments, maintaining project tracking systems, and effectively prioritizing tasks to guarantee the prompt execution of a variety of initiatives. Daily collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders across the organization will be essential, making outstanding communication skills a must. As a champion for the team, you will focus on refining processes, extracting lessons from each initiative, and enhancing workflows to boost overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project assignments and resource allocation
  • Evaluate project outcomes and pinpoint areas for enhancement
  • Recognize and address project challenges
  • Foster and sustain relationships with stakeholders
  • Encourage team success and empowerment
  • Coordinate meetings and evaluations
  • Eliminate barriers and ensure project progression
  • Uphold high standards of quality in deliverables

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Design or Marketing Communications
  • Strong project management capabilities in an Agile framework
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adept at improving team efficiency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience in a highly regulated sector is advantageous
  • Familiarity with JIRA is a plus

Work Environment:
