Job Overview

We are seeking an individual with exceptional administrative management experience and demonstrated leadership capabilities.

In this role, you will oversee a range of services and teams dedicated to delivering high-quality clinical administration throughout the organization, ensuring effective support and prompt responses in line with established governance frameworks.

A key focus will be on mentoring and guiding team leaders and members to ensure service delivery, as well as fostering the motivation, development, and well-being of all clinical administrators.

Key Responsibilities

As the Clinical Administration Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Directing and managing the Clinical Administration Team (CAT), ensuring that high-quality administrative support is consistently provided across the organization. Overseeing all facets of personnel management, including recruitment, training, coaching, and the overall well-being of team members, in accordance with HR policies and procedures. Maintaining rigorous governance processes by managing, analyzing, and presenting precise data for both internal and external reporting, while continuously seeking improvements in these processes. Building strong relationships with stakeholders by establishing and reviewing service levels and key performance indicators, ensuring open and transparent communication. Collaborating with senior management and clinical leaders to align Clinical Administration services with the organization's strategic goals, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and cost efficiency.

Your role will involve coaching team leads and members to ensure service delivery while promoting the motivation, development, and well-being of all clinical administrators.
