Job Title: Payroll Senior Assistant/Manager

Kenton Black is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Senior Assistant/Manager to join their team in Wigan. The successful candidate will have full end-to-end payroll processing experience and be proficient in Brightpay software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process small and high-volume payrolls on a weekly/monthly/fortnightly basis
  • Set up new client payrolls, including PAYE
  • Handle HMRC queries and client liaison via email and telephone
  • Provide excellent customer service with a focus on attention to detail
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a bureau or umbrella accountancy role
  • Knowledge of CIS returns and bookkeeping/accounts
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with minimal supervision
