Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Provide encouragement and support to students.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of students.
  • Practice De-escalation and calming techniques to manage challenging behaviours.
  • Work collaboratively with the senior management team to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children or adults with additional needs.
  • Hold a L2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
  • Able to support children of all abilities.
  • Positive and ambitious attitude to learning.
