About the Role:

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to lead our residential estate agency branch in East London. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales negotiators, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales negotiators to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and control branch operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency branch management or a related field.
  • Excellent sales and leadership skills with a track record of success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the East London area and the property market.
