Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead our offshore structure design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise in the design and analysis of offshore structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement internal workflows for assigned projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Conduct structural analysis for offshore substructures and topsides, utilizing industry-standard software and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop technical solutions for offshore structures, from feasibility to detail design.
  • Review and validate technical documentation and analyses produced by the team, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead and direct a team of structural engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Interface with project management and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.

Requirements

  • Strong background in offshore structure design and analysis, with experience in industry-standard software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of offshore structural materials, fabrication, and installation processes.
  • Experience with floaters design and re-design of brownfield structures.
  • Ability to work with planners and project management to ensure project delivery within schedule and budget.
