The Supply Chain Planning Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve forecast accuracy and drive business growth. This involves analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer information to build robust forecasts and ensure product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals in forecasting and demand planning.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement forecasting strategies.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasting models and tools.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain team and wider business.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning and forecasting.
  • Background in the FMCG industry or manufacturing.
  • Advanced level in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Experience managing or supervising a small team.
  • Strong understanding of the S&OP process and its applications.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
